There are just some days when I feel lazy yet guilty if I had unhealthy food. A simple meal of instant noodles might be sufficient to calm an empty belly yet it carries little nutritional value. So recently, I chanced upon a hidden gem in Singapore. A frozen fish market which allows me to prepare a nutritious yet yummy meal in less than 30 minutes. So expect to see more seafood recipes now that me and my new love have found each other.
